Once we align on the project, I'll provide a proposal with pricing, timeline and any other important details. Return of the signed proposal and a 30% deposit will reserve your place on my commission schedule. Payment is through either Venmo or Check. Once work has begun and materials have been purchased, the deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. If, for any reason, I am unable to complete your painting within the agreed-upon timeframe, your deposit will be fully refunded.

 You'll receive progress photos at key milestones throughout the painting process. I welcome your feedback and want you to feel excited about the work as it develops. Adjustments can be made when they are consistent with the subject, direction, and scope established in the original proposal. Because each commission is an original work created in my artistic style, significant changes to the subject, composition, size, or overall direction, once painting has begun, may require an updated proposal, additional fee, or may not be possible.

Upon completion of the commission and final payment, delivery of your painting will depend on your location. Shipping will be estimated based on location of delivery. While I may personally deliver paintings in my local area, insured shipping delivery is available for distant locations, at an additional cost.
