This painting shows the lower portion of the 4 wheel drive Tomboy Rd, which goes from Telluride up to Imogene Pass at over 13,000 Ft high. On the way the road goes through Tomboy, an old 1800’s gold mining town, now one of Colorado's most famous ghost towns. It was a great day and we drove up in a Subaru Loyal, which was an adventure!
